Yes, our family is crazy! We went down for the Festival of Lights last night. It was very cold, but we were very lucky to watch all the festivities from Daddy's school. The University of Chicago had a wonderful evening planned for all of the Booth families. Curtis had a great time!
They had Mickey and Minnie visit the kids. There was chili, drinks, and cookies for everyone.
The chili was a little spicy for Curtis, but I had brought food for him anyways. However, I laughed when I heard another mom ask if it was ok that her kid was eating cookies for his entire dinner.
The answer is yes...on a special night like last night.
There were cookies and crafts for the kids!

The Fireworks were amazing from the Booth windows! They were right outside. Curtis was most excited to watch the boat setting them off.
